We are saddened by the loss of our friend Ron Hammerschmidt. His family has asked memorials to be given to ARS in his memory. Our address is 600 North German Street, New Ulm, MN 56073.

The June Newsletter is ready. You can find it under the Newsletter tab on this website. I heard that some are having problems opening it on phones. I was able to open it by holding my finger on the DOWNLOAD circle, waiting for the new box to pop open and choosing OPEN IN A NEW TAB OR PREVIEW and say yes to the download…and it popped right open, so try this! Paper copies will be mailed out next week.

The May ARS Newsletter is ready. You can find it under the Newsletter tab. I heard that some of you had problems opening it on your phone??? I was able to open by holding my finger on the DOWNLOAD circle, wait for the new box to pop open and choose OPEN IN A NEW TAB OR PREVIEW, and say yes to the download, and it should open right up. Try that and see if it works for you! Paper copies should be available at Different Drummer this Wednesday, and will be mailed out at the end of this week. See you at events!

Hi everyone. Just a reminder that Different Drummer has moved to Turner Hall at 102 S. State Street in New Ulm. I just met with TJ today and got all of the details finalized. We will be using the smaller meeting room on the lower level. You can enter the front doors on State Street if you are comfortable with steps. If you need the elevator, please park in the rear parking lot and use the back door. The elevator is right inside. Come on down to the lower level, and we will see you there! We will be having a buffet style meal served by the famous Turner Ladies. Our regular DJ Dave “Desperado” will be returning for all of our karaoke fun. The cost is $10.00 if you come for the meal or arrive around 6:00 for FREE admission to the just the music portion. This is an ARS event so please remember to have your ARS Registration Form on file before attending. (Time is 5:30 – 7:30 on Wednesday, March 30th)
